The 9 point quality process:

1. Remove all covers and inspect to EASTERN’S specifications
2. Remove and rebuild the fuser assembly, developer housings, and all paper handling transports
3. Pressure clean the chassis, electrical harnesses and remaining attached assemblies and parts
4. Inspect all parts, harnesses, and electrical connectors for excessive wear and /or damage
5. Replace or repair all excessively worn or damaged parts 100% inspection of all drive belts and filter replacement.
6. Each system is configured to customers order and adjusted to manufactures specifications
7. Each system is tested by running a multitude of prints with zero paper jams and/or job interrupt errors using the latest machine firmware updates
8. Final inspection and quality approval sign off is performed by our service manager
9. The system is packed per best commercial practices and shipped complete to you the customer.
